Canada needs tradespeople. Becoming one is harder than it should be.
The work is there and the pay is good. What stops people is everything around it — finding an employer willing to register you, the forms, the funding nobody tells you about, and the year of waiting between steps.
What we believe
Nobody should lose a trade career to paperwork. If a step can be done for you, it should be — and if it can't, you should at least be told plainly what it is.
How we work
Arlo never sends anything on your behalf without showing you first. When it isn't sure about something — like whether an employer really registers apprentices — it says so instead of guessing.
Where we are
Early. Canada first, starting in Ontario. If something is missing, it's because we'd rather leave it out than fake it.
